Frequently Asked Questions

Your Orders

Why do you charge for postage?

Honestly? No small business wants to charge for postage and I certainly don't profit from it. When you factor in packaging materials, Post Office charges and the time involved, it's actually a loss. I do my best to reuse and recycle packaging wherever I can, but there's always a cost involved. Thank you so much for understanding — it really does mean a lot.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not right now, and I want to be upfront about why. I'm a one-woman studio, and managing international shipping on top of making, packaging and everything else simply isn't feasible at the moment. It's something I'd love to offer in the future, so watch this space!

How long will it take to receive my order?

I aim to get your order to you within 7 business days. As I make, pack and ship everything myself, it may take a little longer during busy periods but I'll always do my best to keep things moving. Every order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so it'll arrive as swiftly and safely as possible.

Do you sell wholesale?

I'm currently putting together my wholesale catalogue — exciting times! If you're interested in stocking Kelly Morgan Art, I'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch and we can chat through the options.

Shipping & Returns

How is my order packaged?

Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and beautifully. I reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible because looking after the planet matters as much as looking after your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If something isn't quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I'll do everything I can to help. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

My Products

Do you take commissions and personalised orders?

Yes, absolutely! I love creating special pieces as unique as you are. Simply get in touch and we can discuss making your idea a reality.

What materials do you use?

All of my pieces are made using high quality glass, hand painted in my North East studio. Each item is small batch and made with care. No two pieces are ever exactly the same, which is part of what makes them special.

How do I care for my glass art?

To keep your piece looking its best, hand wash gently with warm soapy water and avoid soaking. Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods to preserve the colours.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order is packaged with care, making it gift ready from the start. If you'd like to add a personal message, just pop it in the notes at checkout and I'll include it with your order.

Glass Painting Workshops

Do I need any experience?

Not at all! These workshops are designed to suit all abilities. Whether you've never picked up a paintbrush or you're just trying something new, I'll guide you every step of the way with warmth and encouragement.

How many people will be in the session?

Sessions are kept small and intimate, just 4 to 6 people, so you'll get plenty of personal attention and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

What will I make?

In your first session you'll paint a beautiful glass suncatcher and matching tealight holder using my signature tree design, choosing your own colours to make it uniquely yours. Want to try something different? Just ask and I'm happy to help bring your own vision to life.

What's included in the price?

Everything! 2 hours of guided glass painting, all materials, tea, coffee and biscuits, and exclusive discounts on studio purchases on the day. No hidden costs.

Where is the workshop held?

At my studio in the Ouseburn, Newcastle. It's a calm, creative space where you can switch off from the everyday.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes! A Workshop Gift Voucher is available for £25, perfect as a thoughtful gift. The recipient can choose their own date when they're ready to book.

Can I arrange a private session or different dates?

Absolutely, just get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
